Michal (Meeka) Shafir is an experienced physical therapist graduated from Tel Aviv University with honors in 2008. Working mainly in the orthopedic field she specialized in gait training and lower extremity problems as well as all musculoskeletal issues.
In addition to her Physical therapy skills, Meeka is a certified as a Pilates instructor who is able to use this powerful exercise system for her patients.
Meeka is also pursuing advanced certification as a Women’s Health Specialist to be completed in February 2023.
As a physical therapist Michal strives to listen with care and empathy to each patient. This allows for a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan that addresses the source of the problem.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her family in our beautiful area.
