We are a busy and successful clinic serving a diverse orthopedic population, including post-surgical patients, women’s health cases, high school athletes, and more. Our clinicians enjoy 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions every time, allowing you to deliver truly personalized care and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Our clinic is equipped with advanced tools including Pilates reformers, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and Class IV Laser therapy. You’ll collaborate with an experienced team holding certifications such as OCS, CFMT, COMT, pelvic health, Pilates instruction, and dry needling. We are deeply committed to professional growth and offer strong mentorship and continuing education support.
Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually, plus benefits

Education:
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients using standardized assessments to identify impairments and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Maintain detailed treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards
- Contribute to a positive and patient-centered clinic environment
- Participate in team meetings, clinic initiatives, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members to optimize patient care
