Pregnancy Exercise Class

We offer Pregnancy Exercise Classes and want to get the word out. This will be a rolling one hour class including appropriate warm up, stretches, pelvic floor exercises, and strengthening exercises. Lower and upper extremity exercises will focus on muscles needed for best body mechanics for caring for baby and small children.
Each week we will also feature a special topic of interest. Here is an outline of our topics:

  3. Nutrition During Pregnancy
  4. Your Hormones and Pregnancy
  5. Travel During Pregnancy
  6. Body Mechanics with Baby

Classes will be 60 minutes each and individualized to your stage of pregnancy and fitness level.
