Brianna Durand — Doctor of Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist
Brianna obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in 2018 and prior to that earned a B.S. in Kinesiology & Athletic Medicine at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2014. Since 2014, her involvement in the field has been wide-spread and varied as she has a passion for helping others in the profession. Brianna has had clinical experience in Neuro ICU for acute care and neurologic PT for spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and chronic pain. She has hands-on experience with high-level adolescent athletes as well as orthopedic, pelvic and women’s health. One of Brianna’s passions is to address the unique needs of the LGBTQ PTs, students and patients by developing a Special Interest Group within the Health Policy and Administration section of the APTA. On her off time, Brianna is a competitive powerlifter, so, do your exercises! In her spare time, Brianna enjoys playing board games, lifting heavy, and watching stand-up comedy.
